After successfully winning Miss University in 2011 Holly went on to win Miss Ireland that year. She later became a contestant of Britain and Ireland's next top model which launched her UK career. Holly continues to have a very successful modelling career.
After winning Miss University in 2010 platformed her modelling career, Nicola went from strength to strength. She currently stars as a member of the Made in Chelsea cast.
Sarah Morrissey is still one of Ireland top models. Sarah was our very first Miss University and we were truly delighted when she went on to win Miss Ireland for us that year.
